HealFast Pristine (Heal Aura) uses artificial intelligence to assist authenticated clinic staff with voice capture, clinical documentation, and decision support. AI outputs are advisory only and do not replace licensed clinical judgment.
Staff must verify all AI-generated summaries, symptom suggestions, lab recommendations, and medication references before saving data to Bahmni/OpenMRS or acting on them in patient care.
Voice and text processed by AI services may be transmitted to approved third-party providers under HealFast data-protection standards. Do not dictate identifiable patient information beyond what is required for the clinical workflow.
Misuse of AI features — including attempting to bypass access controls, automate unauthorized actions, or use the system for non-clinical purposes — may result in account suspension and disciplinary action under HealFast internal policies.
